Riverside Place is a community of 87 homes built by AF Sterling in northwest Tucson, Arizona. Homeowners began governing in August 2006. The legal purpose of the Homeowners Association (HOA) is to enhance and protect the value, desirability, and attractiveness of the community. Additionally, the Board of Directors would like to foster social connectedness among the residents through events and open governing.

The HOA belongs to all owners; all owners are encouraged to participate and attend Board meetings. Monthly HOA Board meetings occur on the fourth Thursday of each month at 6pm. A schedule of all meetings and events are available on the community’s quarterly newsletter.
